The GK Tactical 552 Open Red Dot is a rugged, raised base optic developed for combat situations. Featuring a red dot reticle, rugged construction, unlimited eye relief. This sight is perfect for shooters wanting CQB speed and versatility, without the need for night vision compatibility. A portion of the front base has been raised to allow the sight to fit over A2 style handguards found on many M4 or M16 style weapons.The 552 has the controls moved to the rear side. This, in combination with the raised base is designed specifically to work with magnifiers.
