Wolverine Airsoft Replacement Micro Gauge for STORM (0-200psi)

Status: NEW
Weight: 50 grams

From Wolverine Airsoft, this is the replacement gauge for STORM Category 5, STORM OnTank, and STORM High Pressure.

*Note: This gauge replaces both standard (0-160psi) and high pressure (0-200psi) gauges.

If your STORM Regulator gauge is stuck and/or the spring behind the needle is visibly out of place (e.g. pointing to an impossible pressure), you will need to replace the gauge. Here is how you would do it. Please always refer to the specific Owner’s Manual for your regulator for detailed information and images!

  1. Disassemble the regulator cap from the base by removing the retention screws around the base of the regulator (3x in the legacy Storm models, 4x in the Cat 5).
    •  With the legacy Storm models you have to tighten the pressure adjustment screw so that the internals can be freely removed from the cap. Ensure the internal parts of the regulator are completely removed from the regulator cap before continuing.
    • With the Storm Cat 5 you have to take the adjustment key and stick it through the holes in the base of the regulator to start unscrewing the internals from the case. After removing the black base, tighten the pressure adjustment screw a bit so that the internals can be freely removed from the cap. A gentle shake should suffice.
  2. Remove the damaged gauge from the regulator cap with a 22mm hex socket, turning counter-clockwise. A vice is recommended to hold on to the regulator cap.
  3. Clean the threads thoroughly inside the gauge port with acetone.
  4. Wrap the threads of your new replacement gauge with PTFE (Teflon) thread tape.
  5. Thread the new gauge into the regulator cap using a 22mm hex socket. Turn the gauge clockwise 2 to 3 times and then orient the gauge as desired. Put everything back together and connect your regulator to an air source and ensure there are no leaks.
