The Battery Extension Unit (BEU) is designed to fit the G&G ARP9 by sitting inside the stock compartment with no modifications required for installation. The BEU is designed to to hold larger batteries as the original battery compartment is relatively small. It will also protect the battery due to its durable nylon construction and ventilate more effectively through the smaller gaps preventing a build up of heat.
